When is the test?
Thursday the 11th of March, 2021
What about the Test Authority?
On Thursday the 25th of February, 2021 you will receive a notification to log back into your application and access your authority to sit the selective high school placement test letter. You will need to bring this letter with you on the day of the test.
Where will the test be?
Along with your Test Authority letter, you will also receive the details about the location of your test onThursday the 25th of February, 2021. In this package there will also be information for parents as well as parking information for the day.
What is in the test?
The test includes components in Reading, Mathematical reasoning and thinking skills. There will be sample tests available here closer to the test date.
What to expect on the Test Day?
Arrive at the test centre by 9am, dressed in school uniform and with jumpers, water bottle and some packed food or snacks for the breaks. If you arrive late you may still be allowed to sit for the test but you will have to finish at the same time as all the other students so you will have less time. Do not arrive before 8.30am as there will be no one there to supervise.
What happens after the test?
You will be notified of the placement outcome in July of 2021.
