What to do if you have brain fog?

We all suffer from brain fog and lack of motivation at times. So here are 3 simple steps to help you get back on track!

1.Look for inspiration through reading about different approaches to eliminating brain fog and advice. Your brain fog will start to disappear!

2. Create a “to do list” or a “goals” list. Make sure it is not loaded with due dates and deadlines more of a “hold yourself accountable” list starting with prioritising the most important things to get done first ,eg maths study, to the least important at the end.

3. Reward yourself! You are on your way out of brain fog and reaching your goals!
